PPA Finance Options

Up until now finance for foreigners has been very limited here in Thailand. However, we are now able to offer finance through two of the Thai banks.

The amount of loan available is based on the banks valuation of the house or land. Up to 50% of the valuation figure is available, if you have a work permit up to 70% can be obtained. Loans are generally over a period of 3 to 10 years. Land will have to be smaller than 4800 square metres when looking to arrange a loan otherwise it will be dealt with as a commercial loan.
