Project Management in Thailand

Anglo Thai Construction is based in Pattaya and operates in all areas of the country where required.The company offers a variety of services including design, architectural drawings, project management, building, alterations, as well as decorating and general property maintenance.

The Company prides itself on the quality and standard of it's work, and to ensure that this standard is maintained, every stage of any operation is overseen by people that have a wealth of experience in building to Western and European standards. In addition to these qualified personnel the Company also has its own licensed architect. This means that drawings and designs are not only completed to a high standard but can also be officially signed off with regards to official requirements.

As well as playing a major role in assisting the Pattaya Company with the project management of two developments involving a total of eighteen villas, Anglo Thai Construction has also undertaken the design and project management of a small hotel in the Banglamung area for a Scottish client whilst in negotiations with an Icelandic client regarding the build of 5 houses.

The Company is also now active in the Hua Hin area and currently involved in two projects. In the Pranburi National Park we are acting on behalf of a Danish client and will be involved in the development and project management of 4 villas. Also in the same area we have a Norwegian client who requires us to develop and project manage the construction of 8 villas.
