We are based in Thailand with offices in both Pattaya & Koh Samui we have projects in other areas of the country such as Hua Hin & Chaing Mai along with those in Pattaya & Koh Samui. Along with our associates from many countries around the world, including United Kingdom, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates & Malaysia, we look to assist foreign investors to enter the Thai property market in a professional manner.

Our activities can be categorised into 3 main areas:-

Agency: Using our own extensive database of potential buyers from around the world, coupled with partnerships with international property agents, such as Knight Knox International, we have been able to deliver the desired results our clients wanting to market their property in Thailand for sale or rental with an attractive yield.

At present we have been appointed marketing agents for numerous projects in various locations including Pattaya, Hua Hin & Koh Samui, with property ranging from studio apartments to luxury villas. In addition we also have many parcels of land, commercial & residential properties.

Project Management: We manage projects either on a turn key basis or on specific matters depending on the clients needs. Our turn key project management service starts from concept, design & build, for which we use our own Construction Company, marketing & property maintenance.

Consultancy: We endeavour to secure our clients investments & in order to do so we have built up a team of professionals ranging from architects, engineers, lawyers & accountants to advise our clients every step of the way.

Pattaya Office:
Our office in Pattaya also supports other areas of the country including Hua Hin, Bangkok & Chain Mai. Here we are engaged as estate agents offering a full range of services for both residential & commercial property. As well as acting on behalf of individuals we are also marketing agents for several large & well established projects.

Koh Samui Office:
As well as acting as estate agents dealing with both residential & commercial property the office is also involved in various project management schemes. This office also deals with property on the neighbouring Koh Phangan.

Anglo- Thai Construction:
Based in Pattaya this company operates in areas of the country where required & offers a variety of services. These include design, architectural drawings, project management as well as building. The company prides itself on the high standards of all work undertaken by using those experienced in building to Western standards as well as using its own licensed architect.
